Lance 2002 model 1030 truck camper - AS IS PLEASE SEE PHOTOS AND ASK QUESTIONS. Condition is Used. 2002 Lance truck camper model 1030 with manuals and original paperwork. Camper designed for 8 foot truck bed with a dry weight of ~2,600 lbs. Propane tanks are full. Overall length about 11", width of 93" and height about 8 feet with the jacks lowered. Camper was serviced two years ago by RV dealer; at the time A/C, heat, stove, oven, toilet, shower, sink, refrigerator, freezer, propane, exhaust fans, lighting (interior and exterior) all working as expected. This has been on the jacks since that time.I am the second owner and have had this for about 2 years.Has had water leak at the rear door (leak fixed by first owner) and had water seepage at the rear side skirts (skirts need repair as indicated in the photos). Floor just inside door (about 6-8 inches) also needs repair. Generator cranks but does not start.Buyer responsible for arranging and paying for any shipping or transport.NOTE: YOU ARE BUYING THIS AS IS WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE DISCLOSURES ABOVE.
