Up for auction is a 2014 Springdale Summerland 32ft travel trailer with a power slide out in the living room . This is a dual axle trailer with gray steel wheels and nice condition tires it has a spot at the rear for a spare wheel and tire. The awning is a black manual Dometic. It has outside speakers 6 gallon water heater outside shower door entrance, outside power outlets. The model is 2820BHGS . It has tinted windows, front pass-through storage area, 30 amp power service scissor jacks for leveling, tan LP gas cover and battery with camco case. This is a corrugated side style trailer not fiberglass. It has triple entry steps on each door. The manufacturer of this trailer is Keystone RV. The interior has an oversized king bed which is 78“ x 80“. There is no curtain privacy for the bedroom but there is an area to hand the curtain style doors. The bedroom has a corner closet upper cabinets upper lights crank up antenna curtains with white pole shades and sliding windows the right cabinet has some wood chipped off of the very bottom of the door on the far right top cabinet if you were looking at the bed. The flooring is vinyl simulated tile look with tan carpet in the bedroom and slide out area. This has an Emerson TV flatscreen with a Jensen a WM914 Bluetooth stereo with ox in he has upper and lower cabinets and a shelf next to the stereo controller. The living room has the wallpaper border valances and white blinds dinette freestanding table with the simulated marble look and two nice fancy pattern cushion chairs which are solid wood with cushion backing and seat. The living room has the brown leather sofa which is custom and has the two and pull out recliner’s and also has a wall lamp upper cabinet with the compass decal in the middle overhead light roof A/C and ceiling speakers. The kitchen has the simulated marble look countertop with sink with brass faucet three burner stove which is in Atwood Wedgewood vision and lower oven. It also has the vent system, High Pointe microwave with upper cabinets. This has the micro monitor power outlets lower drawers and lower sink cabinet the converter is a WFCO with distribution panel model WF–8955PEC.The refrigerator is a domestic with the darker wood front paneling look which is distressed. There is a closet with the door doors with black trim and hanger bar with two large lower drawers before you get to the bathroom and bunk area. The bunk area has the top mattress and lower mattress with the comfort bank series mattresses it also has a door windows with curtains and white blinds up her lights on the top and a lower side wall light for the lower bunk and it has the tan privacy curtain. The bathroom has a full door, has its own entrance from the outside. It has the vanity with sink power outlets mirror cabinet, tub style shower with white shower curtain and roof vent and fan porcelain domestic toilet with foot pedal flush and lower sink cabinet. This unit is in excellent condition inside and out it has a really nice set up with the bunkbeds and nice big master king bed. I can still sleep up to six people with four people in the back bunkbeds they are wide enough to fit two people each and then two in the front master bedroom.
