I am going to be very long with the details below. Please read them all before considering this camper. Once you win the bid it"s on you. Also, you MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING if you win the bid. I am willing to meet the shipper in my home town. But I am not willing to deliver this trailer or pay for shipping.
I purchased this camper several years ago used from a local dealership. When I purchased the camper the floor had a slight soft spot in the living area. I replaced that with treated 3/4" plywood and stained pine boards over top of it. This is NOT tounge and groove hardwood flooring. I have not replaced flooring anywhere else in this camper but the living area where there is foot traffic. It"s a DIY job, but looks good and is very sturdy.
This camper is being sold AS IS. I have listed below everything that I am aware of is a problem. I will not be responsible for any further issues discovered with this camper.
The camper needs the flowing: 1.) A new hot water heater tank. The current one has a leak. 2.) A new awning. The original awning dry rotted and we removed it. I do have the cylinder needed for the camper awning to be put back on. ( not pictured). 3.) Two of the tires are new. The other two are at the end of their life. 4.) We have not used this camper in over a year. As far as I know, there are no leaks in the roof. 5.) One of the rear jacks needs to be replaced.
Camper info: 1.) Electric air conditioning 2.) Gas heat 3.) Gas stove 4.) Electric microwave 5.) Gas or electric fridge and freezer 6.) The stereo that plays inside and outside 7.) 30 amp breaker box 8.) Weighs roughly 5800 pounds 9.) Two propane tanks. 10.) One slide out 11.) One full-size bed, one bunk bed, and a couch that turns into a bed.
Title Information: I just paid this camper off. I have the title that shows the finance company as a lienholder. However, I have a letter of termination from the lien holder showing it has been paid in full.
This is a good camper, we just don"t use it anymore. More photos can be provided upon request.
