Gutted Interior. I repeat. The interior has been completely removed. This trailer is 50 percent renovated. It is currently dry and water tight. The entire roof has been replaced including the plywood. It has a brand new never used Ac unit with heat pump, dish, tv ant, WiFi booster, 3 new fantastic fans with covers, new skylight. The roof is in tip top shape. The front of the trailer has been rebuilt. The rear slide-out has also been completely rebuilt. The floor has new insulation. Only part of trailer has plywood flooring attached. I am including the Plywood for the floor. Deposit is non-refundable. Bid only if you have read the description and have had the opportunity to view the trailer.
Parts included - Refrigerator, Oven/Stove, New shower pan, new toilet, new shower fixtures, seat cushions and aluminum frames.
Trailer has 4 brand new tires. Will deliver for a fee within 250 miles. Trailer brakes work but the rest of the lights are not completely wired yet.
