It is a dual axle trailer with 16" white rims has power front jacks and rear manual jacks, A&E awning, 50 amp power service with cord, spare wheel and tire, 10 gallon water heater, good condition decals. The interior has vinyl flooring tile pattern upon entry and a full length closet with washer dryer hookups. The kitchen has the island with sink and sink covers(1 cracked), dinette booth with table and 4 chairs, lamp above, valances with day/night shades floral pattern with burgundy night color shades, sofa full pull out bed, etched cabinet front inserts, ceiling fan, electric fireplace, 2 cloth green recliners with coffee table, desk area with lamps and drawers and chair, also has a window. The Tv is a Vizio flatscreen. The A/C is ducted front to back with digital climate control. The kitchen has the 3 burner stove/oven combo, Apollo 1/2 time microwave, Dometic refrigerator, micro monitor for tanks and levels. Up stairs is a sliding privacy door and the top floor has a recessed hamper built in to the basement. The bathroom has the split bath with private toilet room that has the porcelain toilet, roof vent, wall mirror shelf and fan. The shower is a neo-angle with a skylight. Nice condition inside and out was just traded for a Diesel motorhome. The exterior has a few spots that were filled in where it had a screen room attached and had screw holes and has been sealed properly.
