Several years not at all. It has NEVER been a full timer home. Updated to LED Smart TV"s in living and bedroom. New 14 ply Saliun tires (best available), Upgraded to Mor-Ryde Suspension. Has a 3,000 LB tow hitch and 7 way wiring plug on rear. (pulled a fishing boat or enclosed motorcycle trailer) behind 5th wheel. Air Ride 5th Wheel Hitch for much smoother riding and pulling. New Lazy Boy leather recliner. Built in Vacuum system. Oversized LP/Elec Fridge Freezer, nice and super clean oven and stove top, huge counter space, huge cabinet storage space. Washer Dryer hook up. King Size Bed (new mattress). Oversized shower. Arctic Cold weather package. I doubt you could find a cleaner one even 10 years newer. We purchased this camper 6 years ago, choosing this one over others because it was so well taken care of. We continued that good care taking with washes, waxes, wheel bearing maintenance along with professional interior cleaning every year. The appliances, furnishings, carpet, window covers (day night shades) all look and work perfectly (except fireplace heater). There is tons of storage inside and underneath. We pulled this trailer very comfortably with our 3/4 ton 2004 Chevy and then our 2017 3/4 ton Ford. Weight is under 13,000 lbs. Would not be selling but for health issues.
