Up for auction is a 2 004 keystone Laredo 30ft 5th Wheel with a power slide out and rear bunk house . Decent condition overall inside and out. Model 29BH. This unit sleeps 9 people. Aluminum frame walls, dual axles white rims and goodyear marathon tires in great shape, rear ladder and spare wheel/tire with cover. It does have some prior water damage but still looks pretty good inside. This is 30 amp service. The interior has a vinyl tile pattern floor with the tan carpeting in the living room and upstairs hall and bedroom. There is a floral full pull out sofa bed with matching dinette booth and table that drops down to sleep 2 people and the bunk house can sleep 3. The living room has a wallpaper border, lamps, entertainment center with tube style tv, kitchen countertop with sink, 3 burner stove/oven, dometic microwave, dual counter extensions and 2 bar stools, Norcold refrigerator. The bunk house has a sliding door, entertainment area(no TV), ladder 2 bunk beds and lower bed with mattress and has access from outside to also use as storage. Has Roof A/C and stairway up to the bathroom bedroom. The hallway has mirror closet doors and lower drawers, vanity with mirror cabinet and sink. Full bathroom door with toilet and shower. The bedroom privacy has the accordion style door, bed with mattress and comforter, upper cabinets, valances and day/night shades (throughout whole camper), corner TV stand, roof vent. The water damage is on top of the roof of the slide out and at the edge of the part part of the floor carpet with the slide out all the way out the floor has a soft spot, also softness at the far rear bunk house floor under the entertainment center area. We don"t believe it is currently leaking and the previous owner had fixed it at one time but the damage is there. The awning material is no good also looks like it may need a new spring which are not huge jobs. This trailer is good if you have a small site since its not too long. GVW is 10500 lbs.
