Up for auction is a 2018 Keystone Cougar 41"1" 5th Wheel camper with 4 Slide Outs , it has MANY NICE OPTIONS AND HUGE BOOK VALUE. Our price of ONLY $18,500 reflects the work that is needed on the interior but still it is a STEAL if you are handy and can refinish and interior of a camper. Everything is solid just needs to be cleaned up and put back together or add furniture, maybe fix a few things or update paint colors. The exterior of this unit is good, it has a small dent on the edge of the passengers side fender and missing the fender flare, also needs a molding/panel on the edge of that slide out. The opposite side needs a fender flare also, roof is excellent, no signs of any water leaks. Awning is tied up could just be for safety wasn"t tested and has the outside 2nd awning on the far end of the slide. The interior needs the dinette either built or put back together. It has orange ceiling paint in the slide on this area only, it has lights and wood on the ceiling also, there is different flooring in the slide area it has vinyl square pattern white and black and the kitchen has simulated wood flooring then the living room has a different pattern vinyl, so figure change the floor to all one pattern if wanted. The center island is there in good shape as well as the refrigerator, the top is off the hinges could be an easy fix, some of the walls have been painted different colors and gone over the factory wallpapering, there are some scuffs here and there and not very good paint job masking by the pervious owner. It has a flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. The bunk room has a spot for a sofa and build a top bunk bed, this area is usable sleeping space for 2 at least. There is no sofa in the main living room only a brown leather love seat in good condition. Up stairs has the main panel for the slides and switches, also has the top bunk with carpet and wall painting. The bathroom door is scuffed on the outside The flooring is all nice in the bathroom everything looks nice in the bathroom has the vanity with sink and shower with seat, there is no shower doors or curtain. There is no bedroom entry door and no closet doors, no mattress, bed wall has red paint badly painted, will need closet door if you want them, still has the bureau and spot for TV. The entry step to the camper is the big fold out aluminum 4 step which is nice and works properly the entry door frame is painted all around it a white color. Depending how picky you are about your interior you may want to come look in person before bidding or buying since this is a project on the interior, but not one that can"t be fixed for way less than buying a 2018 5th wheel.
