Vehicle description
Wish I could keep this sweet aircraft :) I am an A&P Mechanic (fighter jets) and worked on this aircraft for over 500 hours in my spare time. it"s 95% done and I can"t wait to fly it if no one buys it :) . I have made many updates and reconditioned this aircraft to include but not limited to the list following this introduction. I am a experienced aircraft shipper and can ship anywhere in the world. Iam selling this as a project (easy) or will accept offers to finish. Engine had compressions in low to mid 70s before restoration and cylinders have been hand cleaned and new gaskets installed, valves seal with no leaks. Oil pressure was good throughout pre restoration engine testing. One of the only parts I am waiting for to complete is the newly overhauled carbon fiber propeller. I have complete engine and airframe logs and a rich collection of history from the time the original builder started this aircraft. Stits Fabric is in good condition with a few small areas to rejuvenate. Always Hangared. All Fabric and paint history included. Located in Las Vegas Nevada feel free to send me a message if you have any questions, I can store the aircraft for a 250mth fee if needed before pickup with full payment received. I am 5"9" 185lbs and fit comfortably snug. Please only Bid if you plan to buy, definitely ask your wife first. Feel free to bring your boroscope, mechanic and come inspect this aircraft it"s in a great condition to inspect with cowl and fairings removed. Iam happy to work with you just ask.
