Vehicle description
The pics are exactly the way I bought it 7 years ago. I believe the identification tag is missing because I can"t find any numbers anywhere!
I bought this to tear down an old 2 story house and clear some land. It did the job! The old beast is very rough around the edges but should be perfect for small farm/land projects.
I have included the links to 2 youtube videos of it working. These videos and all the pics were taken September 2017. In the first video, I had just fired it up after sitting for a couple years where I parked it when finished with my projects. We were just working it back and fourth and as you can see the tracks are sticky. The second video is moving it to a better for me parking spot until it sells.
I put in a new battery for these videos that obviously will come with the tractor. I don"t know any specifics about the tractor. . engine type, hp, weight. etc.
I"ll lay out everything I do know:
It does steer however not very well. It could use new steering clutches. I bought it that way and got my jobs done, just have to be patient turning, a little back and fourth.
It has multiple hydraulic leaks, including a new one since sitting the past couple years, I believe maybe from the main pump line. Steady stream while running.
The high range does not work. .only low range. This never bothered me because I wasn"t working for money, slow is fine!
All the gears, 1-4 seem to work, fwd and reverse, without issue.
All the bucket controls work. It does have a second bucket control, I assume for a "six way" bucket.
I have never tried the PTO on the back.
The Temp and oil pressure guage work. RPM and hours are inop/broken.
It has a slight leak around the fuel filters. This does not hinder the running as you can see. The only thing needed is either to start it. Once running, good to go.
The tracks are rough but work. When I was using it, I would have to tighten the tracks from time to time as they leak down due to old seals. Had the tracks fall off a couple times, its a pain to re-install! Learned my lesson so kept them tight while working!
I was told it was a 1974, but as I stated, I can not find any type of identification on this beast.
Feel free to message me with any questions, I will answer as soon as possible to the best of my ability.
You are looking at an old tractor that has been used and abused its hole life. Don"t expect anything different! As I stated, it will get the job done. I recommend replacing a couple hydraulic lines and go to work.
THIS IS BEING SOLD AS IS!
I will assist with loading for shipping on the weekend or evening only. I WILL NOT ARRANGE SHIPPING.
I expect a NON REFUNDABLE $200 DEPOSIT THROUGH PAY PAL. The rest can be paid at pick up.
Look at my feedback score. I don"t sell a lot. What I have sold, I am honest about. I will answer all questions as best I can. I will junk this thing before I sell under a lie.
