Runs and drives with all new brakes, a rebuilt carburetor and a very decent original body with a vintage 1960"s California license plate and the original six volt system. The clutch is on the weak side and the fuel tank needs to be dipped and cleaned, the wiring harness should also be replaced. The glove box identification plate matches the frame and it was built in February of 1945. The dash has had a number of extra holes put in since its military service, I am including an extra period correct dash which has not been modified. I do not currently have a title but I am applying for one and it takes 2-3 weeks before it will arrive in the mail. There are five original combat rims with new tubes and vintage (old) military tires. This is a great survivor Jeep which can be used as is with a minimal amount of work or to restore. I think it looks great as is. I"ve decided to put my attention into a GPA that I"ve had sitting for too long so this is being made available. It is available for inspection with an appointment before the end of the auction. I will accept cash, cashiers check or a wire transfer and the Jeep will be released once the funds have cleared.
