Selling our 2016 Jayco North Point 377rlbh in very good condition. It’s a 42 foot fifth wheel with 4 slides. It has a mid bunk/office room with a queen size loft above. Great for a family or a couple who would like a separate office/hobby/bunk room.
Completely loaded with everything. Full size kitchen (w/ full size residential fridge, sink, convection oven/ microwave, oven), Full size couch and two theater seat recliners (some peeling from normal RV use.) with an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV in the living room. Heat/air-conditioners, leveling system, many extras. Full bathroom. Master bedroom with queen size bed and flatscreen TV, along with WASHER installed. Sleeps total 7-8 people! ! Outside has two large power awnings with lights, huge outside storage, and outside shower. I upgraded 17.5 inch wheels/tires and installed a built-in 50 amp Surge Guard to protect the electrical system.
This rig would be great for a couple or family to park at a seasonal site or campground. We’ve worked out the “bugs” every new RV has.
Note: The schwintek slide system on Kitchen Slideout is broken. We can get it in and out, but ideally it should have a repair. If you are leaving slides out at a resort, it would not be a big deal. (I"d be happy to explain.)
I have had several RV"s during my lifetime and the innovation and floorplan is the best I have ever seen! We will miss it, but can no longer RV.
Don"t settle for a low-end RV, when you can get this luxury JAYCO rig for less. Search the internet. Most people have this listed for around $45-50k.
