For sale is our immaculate Jayco Melbourne 24E on a Ford F450 Chassis with a V10 engine with 13,380 miles. This unit has Always been stored in a climate controlled building. If you put a brand new one beside it you would not be able to notice any difference. We purchased this vehicle a few months ago from the original owner whom is a car collector and kept it with his collection. I also own a building that I keep it in. We used it for a couple local trips and it was amazing. We recently took a longer trip. We have a 5 year old and recently found out we will be adding to the family as my wife is 3 months pregnant. As much as we are in love with this unit we are in need of something bigger. If you decide to purchase this and find anything I dont know about I will pay you 2 times the amount it would cost to have it professionally fixed. Since I purchased it I have upgraded all the interior lighting to LED. Installed a hard wired Surge Guard with display, replaced the mattress with a 10 inch Lucid mattress with a full bed protector(only slept on a couple nights) . I also have the original mattress shown in the pictures that will come along with it. 2 weeks ago I also installed a set of Michelin Rib Tires. They had tires ranging from $100 to $300 per tire and I installed the best at an expense of over $2000.00 for the set. This unit is 1000% ready to hit the road with only one flaw and no hiccups . A couple days ago my brother and I took a trip to Florida and back in it. During that time the finish on the drivers seat started to de laminate . There is an appointment set to have both front seats completely redone at a local upholstry shop. If you decide you want to buy it before the work is done I will subtract $1250.00 off the Buy it Now. There are a couple nice seat covers available that can do the job just as well. Up to you. I have listed the interior as 9.5 beacuse of the seat only. Everything else is like new 100%.
