Well maintained Jayco J-Series 12 HMD. Tow behind a-frame, hard sided camper. Camper has a 6 gallon hot water tank, 23 gallon fresh water tank, heat pump, A/C, and furnace. Camper comes with 2 propane tanks. Camper measures 18" long all together (including the hitch). When collapsed the camper measures 5.5" in height and 7" across. Pop up is very simple; if interested I can give you a demonstration. Seals have been re-caulked yearly. Camper has been winterized yearly. Axles have been re-greased yearly. Camper is about 5 years old and has had only one owner. Only one double bed; perfect for one person or a couple. Dinette can be turned into another bed for added sleeping arrangements. Camper has a small three burner stove; that runs on propane; as well as a microwave. There are two outside storage compartments and an outdoor shower. Camper also comes with a detachable propane grill that has never been used. Current owners do not smoke and no pets have been inside the camper.
