Recently the car was featured as a part of the Griot"s Garage display at the Peppermill Casino in Reno Hot August Nights.
Local buyer has fallen short of funds and so once again we are listing this great car for sale. Serious offers considered. Priced to move on to other projects. Still being listed locally and subject to sale before auction end.
Turn key ready to race replica of the Jaguars raced by Bob Tullius"s Group 44 in the 70"s with several updates and improvements. Originally built for show the car has gone through a seven year rebuild that has resulted in a combination of both Group 44 handling and the power of the Huffaker prepped Jaguars.
The car has been gone through from one end to the other including a new race engine, various upgrades in the transmission, brake system, cooling and steering systems. Complete records on work preformed. Over $120K invested including purchase at auction and what was needed to make race ready.
This is a car built for display or track use and is not street legal. Car is sold on a bill of sale with no warranty expressed nor implied. Price is as is and where is. Transportation can be provided for a fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
