Feel Free to Ask Questions CANCELLATION POLICY If Buyer does not complete transaction, does not Pay for Purchase of Winning Bid and/or does not Pick Up Item for any reason, there will be a Ten Percent (10%) Cancellation Fee / Re-Listing Fee charged to Buyer. PICK UP – LOCAL PICK UP ONLY is by appointment only to be Scheduled BY SELLER . Contact Seller’s Service Provider to confirm your pick up. No shipping is available. The item cannot be prepared for pickup. Item must be removed AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Buyer must pickup at location on scheduled pickup day and time indicated and must be prepared to remove the item at their cost and with their own resources. Buyer will be responsible for all equipment, tools, personnel and transportation necessary for loading and removal from site. Auction Close Policy: Winning Bidders will receive a complete invoice within 24 hours after close of auction. Winning Bidders must contact Seller within 2 days following notification of winning bid to make final payment arrangements. Pickup arrangements will be made at this time. Payment Policy: Payment to be made by CASH at time of Pick Up or through Buyers PayPal account using a confirmed email address. If using PayPal full payment to be received within 2 days of auction close, or Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party.
