This 1993 International Genesis was purchased straight off of a school district lot and has been fully converted into a bright, modern home. The bus is in perfect running condition; we built it as a home and not as a travel van- it will take you where you need to go, but you will experience full comfort when parked with running water and shore power. This beautiful bus has everything you need to live- toilet, shower, wood burning stove, induction cooktop, an oven, large sink, on demand hot water, and TWO air conditioning units! There is a black tank for the toilet, and the sink can also be hooked up to the black tank if necessary. The bus was built over two and a half years, and has been lived in for one and a half years. All of the furniture is included in the price. This bus is perfect for anyone who has land or access to an RV park, and would make an amazing year round house or AirBnB! We lived very comfortably in the Colorado winter with no problem. There is TONS of storage! 3 compartments outside of the bus, tons of cabinet space in the kitchen, and 40 square feet of storage underneath the bed platform- perfect size for lots of plastic totes. There are custom curtains around the entire bus, to keep out sunshine and keep in heat in the winter. The bedroom and bathroom have blackout curtains. Local pickup preferred, delivery can be arranged for a fee (within 1,000 miles of Boulder, CO).
