This is a 1999 International School Bus. It is currently in Illinois, but came from Dallas Texas. It has no exterior rust. The only rust was on the inside floor from water trapped under the flooring from years of pressure washing the interior. The majority of that flooring has be removed and replaced( see the pics). That was surface rust and has been sanded and primed. The plywood has been replaced up to the front wheel wells. I left the first two seats in place. This bus already has an Illinois RV title. I have done the State required minimums to qualify as an RV, which isn"t much. Basically it is an empty clean blank slate ready to start a build. It has been painted inside and out. I drove it from TX without issue. 5 of the 6 tires are almost new. I had a PM done on it prior to leaving TX, so it has new filters and oil. Might be a thousand miles since the oil change. The current odometer is not the original. Estimated mileage is around 200k. It"s a good solid unit. Almost 40" long. It had two factory AC units. I removed the rear unit. I still have it and will include it in the sale. The front unit cools the bus very well. Without 80 sweaty kids and the constant opening and closing of the door why wouldn"t it? It has an International 466 diesel and an Allison automatic trans. I was planning to make this a full time skoolie but plans change. This is a great start, a lot of the dirty work has been done.
