Vehicle description
Empty weight just over 9,000lbs. Has 5th wheel coupler. Dual tandem axles. Hydraulic brakes with new pads. Newly refinished drums (less than 2000 miles). New bearings and races. Lots of tread left on the tires. Air and spring suspension enables trailer to squat when unloading. I leave it fully inflated and use aluminum ramps. Some of the expanded metal grating has cracked webings. I welded most of the broken bits. Vehicles are secured with strap over wheel. Previous owner performed structural repairs on neck. I have not had a problem with it in the 3 years I have owned it. I rebuilt the tail to make it stronger and lessen the approach angle. I can load corvettes with no clearance issues. Really low cars can be loaded by using blocks. High roof Sprinters will fit with clearance under 13" 6". The hydraulics seep a little. I plan on replacing the 4 hydraulic rams prior to end of auction. I am awaiting parts. Has 18,000lb winch.
