This beautiful , functional and well-maintained (non-smokers, no pets, and shoes don"t go past the door mat!) travel trailer is ready to be yours ! The Heritage Glen Lite 232IS (island) is a great floorplan perfect for a couple or small family (see the floorplan picture) in a very tow- and campground-friendly length of 26 feet! The last, and best, year for this floorplan was 2015 when the island was changed to be an eat-at design with stools (two included in the sale) and the shower changed to the rounded, glass door shower enclosure. The bathroom is very functional, and I can comfortably use the shower (6"-5" tall)! The sliding doors to isolate the bedroom from the living area are great for the night owl who has an early rising spouse! The Heritage Glens are built with Forest River"s strong, HyperLyte Construction which has aluminum framed, vacuum-bonded laminated sidewalls with gelcoat fiberglass exterior sitting on a laminated floor mounted to a powder-coated steel frame riding on dual, EZ-Lube axles with stylish, low-maintenance, 15-inch aluminum spoked wheels. The "nose" of the Heritage Glens is a one-piece cap of painted fiberglass. The travel trailer also features a fully enclosed underbelly. A Heritage Glen is not a base model camper but rather an entry-level luxury camper! We ordered our camper with almost all of the available options. Some of its features are: 15,000 BTU ceiling ducted AC with quick cool feature; 30,000 BTU floor ducted propane furnace; 8 cubic foot propane/electric refrigerator/freezer with matching cabinetry panel; Stainless steel appliance packag e - 3 burner range-oven, microwave, and stove fan; 10 gallon propane/electric DSI hot water heater; POWER PACKAGE : electric tongue jack, electric front & rear stabilizers, and electric awning; Lippert LINC Remote Control: control the awning, awning light, stabilizers, etc. from the palm of your hand; Central vacuum ; High-flow bathroom fan; Outdoor shower; and, Optional dual 30# propane tanks in place of the 20# tanks. Some options installed by our dealer as part of our purchase: Dometic 310 ceramic comfort height toilet; Carefree slide topper; Lippert dual-drawer underbelly storage; and, MaxxAir cover for exhaust fan. Some of our customization: RV mattress replaced with a true queen-size, Verlo luxury mattress. The wardrobes have been customized with drawers for maximizing clothing storage, and the pantry and kitchenette cabinets fitted with slide-out drawers for usability. A low pressure propane convenience port has been added to the rear of the camper for a gas grill (not included). Please take notice that we installed high-end, leather theater seats as seen in the pictures, but we will reinstall the original convertible hide-a-bed couch with its air mattress that the unit was originally configured with in order to return the original sleeping capacity (it"s been in shrinkwrap since purchase). Theater seats are negotiable separately !
