| “This a Hunting Bus Camper I bought in Canada many years ago for a mobile hunting camp. It is in Bay City MI located at 400 N Sherman should anyone want to see it in person. Bus Runs well with an International Diesel/Allison Trans. It gets 9 MPG city or Highway. Interior is on knotty pine. Two Fotons, a sink, storage area and a Propane Fireplace are in the living area with a potty and shower area never finsished in back. The bad- there is some rust although chasis appears to be sold. Tires have plenty of trad but fronts seem to have dry rot starting. I 'm selling as Bay City is now enforcing a no camper ordinance so I have to sell or move it. I'm not asking much more than scrap value and the rngine trans is worth more than starting bid. A non refundable $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of close. No exceptions. Tires have plenty of tred depth but fronts seem to have dry rot starting. There is some damage to rear door and step floor in front will need to be reinforced.
