Vehicle description
Up for sale is this 2004 Sterling Acterra with a 62 inch Stellar Shuttle Hook Lift.
We have owned the truck for about 2 years. It was owned by a lumber yard company before and not a refuse company. And that is how it has the unheard of low miles on a 2004 of only 58,035.
When it is all washed up the engine looks brand new still.
The truck runs and drives absolutely perfect and everything works as it should. The only thing it needs right now is a winshield replacement. Which we will have done before the new buyer picks it up.
The hook works excellent but the two rollers on the rear could use replaced which we will do before delivery as well.
We had a brand new electric over hydraulic tarp system with adjustable gantry installed shortly after we bought it. Which was $5,000.
The second truck is a 2005 GMC C6500 with the Isuzu Duramax Diesel and Allision Automatic Transmission and a 62 inch Stellar Shuttle Hooklift. We have owned the truck for about 2 years. It was owned by a tree removal service company before and not a refuse company. And that is how it has the really nice low miles on a 2005 of only 121,678. They used it to pickup large tree trunks with a loader on the back that put the large pieces in the roll off box.
That company had been in an accident with it. The accident damaged the hood, bumper and front axle. That is why it has a Chevy hood and the reason for the Previously Salvage Title.
We bought it from a friend that is a dealer that purchsed it from the tree service company.
The truck runs and drives absolutely perfect and everything works as it should. The only thing it needs right now is new park brake shoes. Which we will have done before the new buyer picks it up.
The hook works absolutely excellent and is in like new condition!
We had a brand new electric over hydraulic tarp system with adjustable gantry installed shortly after we bought it. Which was $5,000.
There are ten 16 yard boxes and ten 20 yard boxes and one rubble box that is probably a 14 yard box.
The boxes alone cost us close to $80,000. They are the best quality box available on the market.
The vin number to the GMC is 1GDF6C1335F508508 The vin number to the Sterling is 2FZACGCS24AM72800
A deposit of $1,000 is due within 2 days from the end of sale date. And the remaining balance is due within 7 days from the end of sale date.
