This unit features 4 power slide outs, 2 on each side of the unit. There is plenty of exterior storage on each side. This unit features a Onan 8000 Quiet Diesel with 127 Hours on it. The exterior of this unit is in good shape but does show some average wear and tear like all used Rv’s ( please see 360 degree pics ). This unit will come with 6 Brand New Tires. The front of this unit has a clear bra that has helped maintain the front from road rash. This also has an 18ft Power awning along with slide toppers on all the slideouts. Walking into the unit you will find 2 plush leather seats for driver and passenger with a built in tv and storage on each side. The seats show little to NO wear and tear and are in great shape! There is a combo of tile and carpet in the drivers area which leads to full carpet in the living room. In the living room you will find a leather pullout couch with a recliner across from it. There is also a small 2 chair dinette entering the kitchen area along with spacious countertops. Entering the kitchen area you will see spacious countertops alone with a Wedgewood Vision Stove and a Sharp Carousel Microwave. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen along with a Norcold 2 Door Refrigerator. Continuing to the rear of this unit you enter the bathroom area which has a stand-alone shower with privacy glass . Next to that is a vanity with a sink and additional storage areas both behind the mirror and under the sink. Entering the bedroom there is a full door which is 3/4 glass w/shades for privacy. The master bedroom features a queen size bed that comes furnished with a comforter. There is a RCA Television across from the bed along with spacious closet space with a full mirror.
