THIS IS A SUPER NICE COACH WITH MINIMAL TO NO DAMAGE, SAVE A BUNDLE! READY TO HIT THE ROAD AS IS! * * THIS COACH HAD A LIGHT FRIDGE FIRE THAT BURNED THE SIDE AND ROOF OF THE COACH. WE REPLACED A SECTION OF THE ROOF FROM ANOTHER MONACO PRODUCT AND INSTALLED FIBERGLASS SIDE AND VENTS ON THE COACH. WE ALSO DID THE ELECTRIC CONVERSION WITH A BRAND NEW ELECTRIC FRIDGE WITH STAINLESS FRONT. THIS COACH RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECT, AND ALL SYSTEMS WORK PERFECT. THIS COACH HAS A TEXAS CLEAR TITLE BRANDED REBUILT* * You are bidding on a 2003 Holiday Rambler Navigator 45 PBT (45 footer) by Monaco Coach Corporation with Triple slide outs, Full Body Paint, all on a heavy duty Roadmaster Chassis with TAG AXLE, powered by the POWERFUL Cummins ISM, 500 Horsepower, 6 Cylinder Turbo Diesel attached to a heavy duty Allison transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, chrome mirrors, leveling system, backup camera, Air Horns, Aluminum Wheels, completely electric main awning, and an Onan 10000 watt Quiet Diesel Generator that runs perfect! ! This Generator has been changed (before we bought it) and appears almost BRAND NEW! This coach runs and drives PERFECT! This coach has just 87,939 miles.
CONDITION : This coach had the Norcold fridge catch on fire and just barely burn the fiberglass on the side and onto the roof. It had just a couple wires burned from the fire as well. We repaired the few burned wires and installed fiberglass from another Monaco product onto the roof so this is a seamless, professional repair. All seams were sealed with Eternabond! The side had a piece of fiberglass installed as well and is ready for paint! We installed a new side grill as well. The lower trim on the left front slide out had damage so it has been replaced as well. We added an electric fridge so there will be no fire concerns (those Norcolds burn easy). This coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect and can easily be driven to anywhere in the country and is CAMP READY! This coach is really nice inside and out, everything works perfect! ! As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. The dash and front leather seat are in great condition and are high end with multiple ways of adjustment. Overhead are some cabinets and a motorized fold down LARGE LCD TV. Behind the seats, on your right is a large slide out. It houses a leather couch that makes into a bed followed by the free standing dinette. Back to your left is another large slide out that has a long leather J Lounger followed by the kitchen area. The kitchen is solid surface countertops and has porcelain tile laid throughout. All the cabinets are SOLID natural maple! Just past this is the large fully electric fridge with stainless doors.
As you step into the middle of the coach, on your left is a private commode room with a sink. Back to your right is a large shower area. The tile extends into this area and throughout the coach!
As you step towards the back of the coach, on your right is another slideout that houses a queen sized bed! There are also additional cabinets and a wardrobe closet in this area. Back to your left is another large vanity area followed by many cabinets and along the back of the coach are more cabinets and a large glass sliding closet area. There is also a COMBO Washer/Dryer unit in this area! This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has triple roof a/c units, and has the popular AquaHot which is a diesel fired furnace giving heat as well as hot water! The basement is HUGE in this coach! The generator runs perfect and all systems have been tested and everything works! This coach has natural glossy maple cabinets throughout! This is a super nice high end Holiday Rambler/Monaco product that is well optioned! ! This coach runs/drives PERFECT and is ready to hit the road. To make this coach perfect, all it needs is paint work to the side fiberglass. This coach has TONS of storage and a very LARGE basement! Aside from the obvious place on the left side of the coach, the right front slideout does have fiberglass fractured about a foot from one of the corners. The right rear of the coach has a few areas where the clear is peeling away, you can see this in the pictures above. W e would rate the outside a 7+ out of 10 aside from the obvious damage! The interior of this coach shows some mild signs of wear but overall is rather clean. The ceiling right at the fridge has some very slight discoloration from smoke. The rest of the coach has NO smoke damage and we do not note any bad smells inside it. We easily rate the inside a 7+ our of 10! This coach was WELL taken care of!
This is a super nice coach ready to hit the road as it is and a body shop can easily make this coach perfect again. This coach is perfect for someone looking to save a bundle! Many have sold near 65K. Save a bundle on this coach!
