Extremely nice 37" diesel pusher coach, NO slide (therefore no leaks!), 57k miles, Cummins 5.9L 12-valve mechanical injection pump motor (275 hp) with Banks turbo upgrade kit, Allison MD-3060 6-speed automatic transmission, air brakes (CDL not required), sleeps 4. Google search the Cummins 12-valve mechanical engine - these are ultra reliable, bullet proof, and easy to work on.
In 2019, I spent $2,000 on 6 new Toyo tires, $9,000 on miscellaneous repairs and upgrades from Tony"s RV in Lexington, SC (have all receipts) and another $2000 in 2020 in suspension upgrades at Freightliner of Augusta, GA.
Has combo washer/dryer, ducted basement 2-zone AC heat pump and furnace, spare (new) overhead heat pump and AC, new flat screen TV in front, 7.5KW Onan diesel generator (starts and runs great - only 535 hours)), nice stereo, HWH hydraulic jack leveling system, 3-way fridge (AC/DC/propane), microwave and oven, new dash AC system (cold), and all factory owners manuals.
No roof/ceiling leaks (no evidence of past leaks) and no operational issues. No delamination issues. All systems work as designed. Only flaw is some exterior decals have peeled off. This coach is ready to roll with all systems in good working order.
Yes it is 26 years old but it has been well cared for and stored under cover. Nothing is needed. . ready for travel. Price is probably over "book value" but you get what you pay for, and everything works well on this unit and it has clearly been cared for.
This is an excellent, reliable diesel pusher that doesn"t have a lot of electronic systems to fail. Unit priced at about $150k when new. Clear SC title in my possession. Selling because I bought a 1995 American Eagle 40" coach. Contact me through if you have any questions.
