26 ft camper. Large mini fridge and AC both work well. Hot water heater and furnace never used since purchase. Bought used in 2016. In 2018 bought new axles, 5 new tires, breaks, battery, and built articulating and telescoping grill rack (see photos). Swings out and away from back of camper for grilling.
Includes, hitch, swaybars, and weight distributor bars. Includes stabilizer bars on camper.
Very minor roof leak, been covered, will need re-caulked where roof meets trim. Rest of roof is in excellent condition.
