Up for auction is a 2015 Heartland North Trail 26"4" Travel Trailer with a power slide out. This has the Weather Guard Thermal Package and 2" thick laminated sidewalls . It has a power awning, 6 gallon water heater, outside speakers and power outlets, triple entry step, dual axles with alloy wheels, correct track suspension system wide trax, outside kitchen with Henese refrigerator, Westinghouse flatscreen TV, light, sink and pull out drawer table. It has a spot on the rear bumper for the grill and comes with the grill. It has the pass thru front storage, spare wheel and tire, outside shower and 30 amp service with cord. The interior has the simulated wood plank floor look vinyl floor and tan carpeting in the slide out area. The bedroom has the bed with mattress, overhead etched cabinet and dual mirror closets, has a spot for a privacy curtain but no curtain, also has valances and pull shades. The kitchen living room area has the slide out with u-shape dinette booth and removable table, also has cabinets above and the stereo DVD/CD player usb bluetooth system and a spot for a flatscreen TV with bracket. The kitchen has the sink countertop, 3 burner stove/oven combo, vent system, high pointe microwave and refrigerator. The full door to the bathroom had some stickers that ripped off and took off some spots on the top layer of simulated wood(see pics), the bathroom has the neo-angle shower, vanity with sink, side cabinets, closet and roof vent fan, also has the toilet. Nice condition inside out with just normal wear and use. Nice size for a couple or small family. The dry weight is 4,774 lbs. The GVW is 6900 lbs.
