The exterior is gray with black bottom and white and gray red and black decals with tri axle 16" alloy and black wheels and original tires. It has a fueling station and Cummins Onan RV QG 550 Evap with Only 51 hours. This has a Xantrex pro XM1000 inverter and the 6 point Power leveling jack system. It has a side rear ladder and this has the nice rear deck option with fold down ramp and aluminum bars with mesh sides. It also has the nice folding doors with mesh and plastic fronts. It has a rear carefree power awning with LED lights partial over the deck area. It has outside speakers and an awning over the passenger"s side rear slide out. It has side and rear spot lights, outside spot at front corner with recessed panel for a flatscreen TV with cable hookups and power outlet. The main awning is a carefree power awning. This has the Weatherguard thermal package for all season camping and new spare with metal holder. It has the extra large basement storage with 50 amp power cord. The furnace is a 35,000 BTU. This unit has 3 A/Cs 1 living room, 1 Garage and 1 bedroom all with separate climate controls. The interior has simulated weathered wood floor lookalike vinyl, electric fireplace with remote, Sony DAV-TZ140 dvd player with surround sound speakers and remote, upper spot for flarscreen TV to be mounted has holes from where prior TV was mounted and a few scratches. The living room has a spot with 3 floor mount holes for a table but no legs and no table come with it same with the garage has the spots but no table and legs. The living room has a brown leather sofa with end side with wheels that is movable. The valances are brown leather with cloth pull shades. It has the ceiling pendant light with LED light above accent, countertop with solid sink covers, multiple power outs(8)in kitchen. Next to the refirgerator is a wood bench someone made and put in it has a flip top with storage and 2 port holes at the bottom with 2 power outlets. The kitchen has etched glass tinted cabinet fronts, multiple storage drawers cabinets. The microwave is a stainless Electrolux, 3 burner stove/oven combo stainless by suburban, The refrigerator is a household LG inverter linerar series stainless with dual doors and lower freezer. There is an entry to the half bath from the kitchen. The bunk bed is in the kitchen and goes over the garage, it has pull out wood ladder, wood protective bars, mattress, light and roof vent and fan. The entry to the garage has a glass center. Garage: The garage is 11"6 long to the entry door and 10"5" to the bathroom door. It is 93" wide. This has 1 bed a full size not 2 like most do, we do not know if it was removed or ordered like that. The deck is 8ft long by 93" wide. It has aftermarket lights under the bed and a punching bag mounted to the ceiling. The flooring black rubber with 8 d-rings and it has recessed cabinets for straps. As mentioned before this has nice folding doors which some don"t have. There are 2 vents and 2 windows with brown leather valances and shades. The half bath has a porcelain toilet sink with vanity weathered cabinet doors and light. There is no stereo in the garage it has been removed but the casing and wiring is still there. there are scuffs on the side wood panels where the tv was mounted and on the edge of the 1/2 bath door trim. The cabinet as you go to the up the stairs has most of the master switches is has the generator switch, fuel pump timer, electric and gas switches for the 10-gallon water heater, master light switches and slides switches awning switch. The bedroom has tan carpeting, bureau with Corian top and lower drawers, left corner TV mount and brown leather cloth shades and has 2 side windows by the queen bed, it has a mattress no comforter or shams it has a brown leather headboard. it also has one small nightstand on the left side of the bed with shelf storage.
