Model H3 {1973] Harley. Davidson Golf cart.Runs and drives but not like it should. I can"t tell if it"s a drive pulley or carburetor problem.It just doesn"t rev up and go like my other one does. This one reverses by stopping the engine and starting it in the other direction. The controls all work like they should. It just doesn"t move like it should. The body is in good shape no cracks in the fiberglass. I will help the shipper load it even if we have to take it to the golf course and use their ramp.
