Up for auction is a 2005 Gulf Stream travel trailer that I believe was originally built for the federal government. We bought it a few years ago and never got around to using it much. It includes the propane tanks and is fully setup inside with a kitchen, full bedroom with bed, bathroom, sinks, etc. THE TRAILER DOES NOT HAVE TANKS OR A GENERATOR so there is nothing to really winterize which is nice. The inside is very roomy and does not have that cramped tiny RV feel.
This is ideal for someone who uses camping sites and can just plug everything in as its pre wired for cable tv, telephone, electric, water, and sewage disposal, etc. Obviously the outside needs to be washed and I"m sure the inside might need to be vacuumed too. The we only used the trailer lights when we got it and never used any of the other onboard systems. We have a NJ title for this trailer and it is ready for a new home.
