Great plane. Selling only because I bought a bigger one. AOPA Vref is $72,000.
1973 Piper Arrow II. TTAF ~6600. TSMOH ~600. January annual, due by February 2020. Compressions 76, 74, 70, 74. IFR with all fresh certs in January 2019. Complete airframe, engine and propeller logs.
Garmin 430W. Garmin GNC 255A Nav/Com. KT76C transponder. Garmin 340. Two Garmin 106A VORs. Davtron clock. Piper Autocontrol III works. Electric trim. Gap seals - the plane moves along. Prior owner training for commercial did many updates in 2014, including overhauled engine and new engine mount.
Cloth seats and black vinyl side panels, dated but no tears (7/10). Paint good (8/10).
New muffler. 2/3 tires new. Door steward. Custom Bruce’s cover. Open checkbook maintenance during my ownership. If it needed it, or might have needed it, it was done.
Clean plane. No known damage history. Fun and easy to fly. Sorry to sell it. Will need ADSB.
