Currently the RV has a 16 K tow capacity Reese Sidewinder Pinbox installed so it can be easily be pulled by a truck with cargo bed as short as 5.5 feet! The original king pin also comes with this purchase so buyer can reinstall if their truck cargo bed is much longer. This RV is in the light weight category so it can be pulled by a truck with towing capability of 9,000 pounds or greater! Current owner pulls it with an F150 Ecoboost Ford Truck with max tow package. Sale also come with a Reese16,000 tow capacity hitch (so you save yourself another $1,500) as you won"t have to buy that item seperately! Also comes with a brand new Champion 4000 watt generator! Owner also had an optional 2nd A/C professionally installed in the bedroom. This RV is artic insulated so holds heat or cold air efficiently. I am flexible on the time you would like to see the RV and can easily meet you at the Visitor Parking Lot near the Main Gate of MacDill Air Force Base and obtain access for you obto the military base to see the RV.
For active duty personnel assigned to MacDill AFB or relocating to here soon, or for retired military personnel, owning an RV is a great way to save money on rent and other living expenses. Rental properties ate limited in the Tampa area and are very pricey. Owning an RV and residing in the FamCamp RV park is very readonable and you will have easy access to work and other amenities on the base, while building equity in something you would own. Rent in the FamCamp is only $445/mo in off season and $ 560/mo during peak season and includes all utilities as well as cable! Something to consider.
You won"t be disappointed. RV is in great shape and has barely been used!
