Hello. Up for auction is a 1980 GMC RTS transit bus. This one is part of the second 03 series manufactured on March 20, 1980. These original RTS buses are currently rare and hard to find in good running condition. This bus has always been in California, so it has minimal rust. 40" long and 102" wide. Interior headroom is about 6" 5". It features a 6V92 Detroit Diesel that runs very well. Engine does not smoke on a cold start. No fluid or air leaks. The interior is clean and both doors are operational. It even has a wheelchair lift in the back door that I"m told still works. (I haven"t tested it). The air conditioning does work, however the blower fans inside need repairing. May also need an a/c re-charge.
