1998 Gillig Low Floor passenger transit bus! 40 Feet in length. Our shop has gone through the mechanicals and the vehicle is ready to go. This bus is handicap-accessible, with two wheelchair positions accessed by folding up some of the front seats. Riders will remain comfortable with the working front and rear air conditioning and heat. This Gillig is a low-floor model, so there are steps in the rear of the interior leading to raised-platform rear seating. Driver has access to a PA system that offers options to speak to the passengers, surrounding pedestrians, or both at the same time. The interior also sports grab handles for some standing passengers. Bus has a rear exit door in addition to main entrance door.
