Up for auction is a 2004 Georgie Boy Landau 35ft Class A Motorhome with 3 Slide Outs . This unit has a Workhorse chassis with a GM 8.1L V8 Gas Engine and Allison Automatic Transmission. It has 38,390 miles. The generator is an Onan 5500 Marquis Gold with 884 hours and runs great, it is 50 amp service. The wheels are 19.5" with chrome simulators and Goodyear tires from 2016 with great tread and sidewalls. This unit was just driven here 300 miles. It has dual roof A/C"s and dual furnaces. The cab has an insignia flatscreen front TV, dvd/vhs player, rockford fosgate speakers, Sony CD player, voyager back up camera, Drivers Door, windshield curtain, dual fans, dual map lights. The seats are tan leather flexsteel and the cab has tan carpeting. The cab has power heated mirrors, cruise, tilt, A/C and dual cup holders. The living room has the tan leather recliner with fold out end table, wallpaper border with molding trim, tan cloth pattern full pull out sofa bed, matching valances with day/night shades, dinette booth, wall lamp and overhead cabinets. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, 3 burner strove/oven, microwave and vent system, tank monitors, roof vent and Dometic refrigerator. The hallway has the shower with shower seat sliding door and skylight. Across is the main bath area with a full door that opens as a privacy from the kitchen.
