This unit has 2 Slide outs ! The exterior decals and paint are in great shape and the sides are nice and straight. The generator is an Onan Micro Quiet 4000 watt gas with ONLY 24 hours on it! The interior cab has the voyager back up camera, dual front cup holders, wrap around windshield tan curtain, dual Flexsteel leather seats in great shape, 12v power outlet, cruise, A/C, power heated mirrors, dual front fans, Samsung TV, DVD player, upper cabinets and side storage, surround sound ceiling and wall speakers, Big Foot Leveling system, DRIVERS DOOR ! This has tan embroided carpeting in the cab living room and bedroom with vinyl tile pattern flooring in the kitchen and bath. The living room a patterned full pull out sofa bed, overhead lamp, windows with valances and pull shades and 2 cabinets. The kitchen has the countertop with dual sinks and the Atwood Wedgewood vision 3 burner stove/oven combo with cutting board wood on top, Samsung microwave, vent system and Dometivc single door refrigerator. The bathroom has a full solid door, plastic toilet, vanity with sink and lower cabinet, upper corner mirror cabinet and makeup lights above. It has the roof vent and fan and the shower with sliding door, brass trim and skylight. It also has towel and toilet paper holders and is ducted for the A/C and heat which is also how the rest of the motorhome is front to back. The bedroom has a sliding door solid door to enter. There is a desk area countertop with lower drawers window and cabinet above. The main closet has dual large doors with hanger bar and lower drawers below it. The bed has the mattress no comforter comes with 3 pillows and the headboard, night stand dual lamps and roof vent. it has a large rectangle wall mirror at the rear also. The wheels are 19.5" with chrome simulators and tires in excellent shape from 2016 front and rear with great tread and sidewalls. no signs of water damage that we can see everything looks very nice and possibly not used too much. It has one bubble in the drivers side last cabinet not bad at all though. It is 30 amp service. Has 1 A/C ducted front to back also has floor heater. The exterior has great side and decals are all nice. The Awning has the protective cover. The hitch is a Reese 3500 max cap. and 350 lb tongue weight and 4 flat plug. We are replacing the drivers side slide out topper awning the p[assengers side is in great shape just need the drivers we will take care of. The GVW is 15,000 lbs. Has a rear ladder with Camco chair rack. Model: 2450DS . Very nice unit inside and out, great size for people who like the shorter units, very easy to drive, turn and park!
