THIS COACH HAS A TEXAS CLEAN CLEAR TITLE* * You are bidding on a 2004 Georgetown XL by Forest River 323DS (33 footer) with Double slide outs, Full Body Paint, all on a heavy duty Ford Chassis, powered by the POWERFUL Ford V10 engine attached to a heavy duty automatic transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, electric mirrors, hydraulic leveling system, backup camera, and an Onan 5500 watt generator with just 735 hours! ! This coach runs and drives PERFECT! This coach has just 54,671 miles.
CONDITION : This coach has some wear inside. The carpets and upholstery have some stains in them, there are some occasional nicks in the cabinets. There are no smoke/pet odors and the coach smells fine inside. Some of the vinyl ceiling is turning loose; this is not uncommon in coaches like this. We recommend fixing by adding some wood trim across it. We do not see any evidence of water leaks, the roof is solid. The seats are not ripped. The outside is full body paint and is shiny. This coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect and can easily be driven to anywhere in the country and is CAMP READY! This coach has good bones! ! As you enter the coach to your right is a small sitting chair. Just pass this is the dash area. The dash and front leather seat are actually in great condition. Overhead are some cabinets and a flat screen LCD TV. Behind the seats, on your right is a large slideout. It houses a couch that makes into a bed followed by a booth dinette eating area. Back to your left is the kitchen area. The counter is all solid surface and all the cabinets are oak! There is a microwave and range/stove here as well. There is also a large fridge!
As you step into the middle of the coach, on your left is a large cabinet/storage area. Back to your right is the private bathroom area with a shower, commode, and vanity sink!
As you step towards the back of the coach, on your left is the second slide out that houses the queen sized bed! Back to your right are cabinets/drawers, a small makeup area, and another flat screen TV. This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has double roof a/c units! The basement is decent sized for a gas coach! The generator runs and all systems have been tested and everything works! This coach has oak cabinets throughout and day/night shades throughout! ! This coach runs/drives PERFECT. The exterior of the coach looks great. The full body paint is all shiny. W e would rate the outside a 8+ out of 10! The interior of this coach has good bones, but the carpet does have some stains and the couch/booth dinette does as well. The ceiling vinyl is also loose in a few places as well. There are some light nicks in the cabinets. The floor is not soft, there is no major damage/dirtiness in this coach and it doesn"t have any funky odors. We rate the inside a 6+ our of 10!
