This is a 2002 GEM E825 4 passenger NEV. It is street legal in California with a California Title. The body and roof panels are in good condition. The upholstery is in good condition. The body panels could use paint but all of the white area of the cart are in very good condition with out cracks The front body parts have been repaired. It has Deka Gel batteries. All except one is good. The batteries test at 13.5 volts. The brakes and CV shafts have been recently replaced. I believe it needs a new shift interlock and one battery. The cart was working until the shift interlock failed. (not sure if it is the one bad battery or the interlock). The drivers side mirror needs replacement. With a little work and TLC you can make this into a nice cart. Or use all of the hard to find parts and part it out. It includes the rear golf bag carrier.
