You do not need a CDL to drive this, it has hydraulic brakes not air-brakes, you can drive this with a normal license the same way you can drive a Penske or uhaul truck. This would make an amazing foodtruck, skoolie, tiny home, or RV for camping, etc.
This Freightliner is an extremely long 37 foot StepVan with 19,747 original Miles, Powertech 20kw Diesel Generator that works great (just push the button). You will not find another one this clean or anywhere near this price with the same features.
The Diesel Generator has 1,400 Hours and the Cummins Diesel engine has 1,474.4 Hours on it.
Custom Built for the government (stored in a fleet yard for most of its life) and used as a mobile clinic for the city of Austin Texas.
This would be great for a mobile therapy unit, mobile office, camper conversion like I said above, we bought it as an RV but decided to go a different route. It is wired and has outlets throughout the same way a house would have.
This Cummins diesel is a Pre-DPF regulation diesel which means you never have to worry about Regen issues, DEF fluid, particulate filters failing and the various limp modes associated with modern diesels. It also makes parts a breeze to find if you ever need them since this is a super common engine that is used in dump trucks, pickup trucks, commercial RV"s, boats, and medium duty tow/rental trucks (5.9L Cummins).
Some of the most notable features are: Insulated body and fiberglass interior panels (with AC it can get down to 50 Degrees inside when its 94 Degrees outside) 3 Air conditioning units roof mounted (gets ice cold in minutes), Low Hour custom Powertech Diesel Generator with 20k Watts (enough power to run a washer and dryer, a set of commercial fridges, and tv simultaneously, (and anything else you can throw at it). The generator uses the main fuel tank so if you fill the trucks tank your generator and truck all use the same tank and fuel (with a reserve if you use to much fuel the generator will shut off so you have enough fuel to drive where you need to go). Has a 10 foot slide out to give you more square footage when parked. Completely plumbed with water, electric, and communications. Comes with toilet, water heater, two little fridges, microwave, two separate sinks, insulated fresh water tank, grey water and separate black water tank, Braun wheelchair lift, abundant outlets throughout, GFCI outlets on exterior, several underbody storage boxes, pop up satellite dish, locking cupboards throughout, deep drawers, rotating captain chairs in cab, foldout steps, and almost new tires.
