This 45-passenger activity vehicle is being sold "As-Is". Super clean, great running activity bus has been used to transport students locally to and from sporting programs with occasional intrastate and interstate trips. We have not had any problems. We need another vehicle to fit our changing needs. There is NO warranty with this vehicle. We strive to offer the most accurate information on this vehicle. 1. Buyers Inspection We do our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for sale. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any, are the Buyer’s responsibility.
2. Representations and Warranties made by seller This vehicle is being sold "as is".
3. Taxes and Registration fees All buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
4. Title Information If payment is made by cashier"s or personal checks, we will hold all titles for ten days or until funds have cleared.
5. Shipping & Delivery All shipping charges are the Buyer"s responsibility. We can help arrange shipping arrangements that are financed by the Buyer, but we are not responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! We assume no responsibility for damages incurred to the vehicle during shipping and handling. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Us, the Seller.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
6. Finalizing your Purchase We will contact the successful highest bidder by email after the auction closes. The Successful highest bidder MUST communicate by email within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or if the sale is not completed within five (5) days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Buyer MUST fax a copy of their State issued valid Commercial Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the Seller.
