Up for auction is a 2008 Four Winds Chateau 31ft Class C Motorhome with Only 35,739 Miles. This motorhome was just driven here from Florida. This is a Ford E-450 chassis with a Triton 6.8L V10 Gas engine with automatic transmission. The cab has power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt, cruise, A/C(cold), stereo and dual airbags. The generator is an Onan micro quiet 4000 with only 35 hours. It has tan leather seats which are flaking the top layer of leather material is some areas. It has tan carpeting, overhead front bunk with mattress and privacy curtains, power angled TV, jack knife leather some bed(some flaking), dinette booth cloth with drop down table, tile pattern vinyl flooring, Norcold refrigerator. The kitchen has the microwave, vent system, 3 burner stove oven combo, sink, countertop extension, wallpaper border. The hallway has 2 large windows with a curtain rod and white curtains. There are cabinets before the bathroom. The bathroom has the full door from the hallway and an entrance sliding door from the bedroom. The bathroom is a good size and has the porcelain toilet, vanity with sink and mirror cabinet, neo-angle shower with skylight, cabinets, roof vent and fan. The bedroom has the sliding door full from the hallway. It has tan carpeting(some stains), slide out bed area with mattress and headboard(no comforter), TV, mirror closet doors and storage drawers, valances with day/night shades. The A/C is by coleman mach and is ducted front to back. This has the chrome front bumper, 16" wheels with chrome simulators and tires from 2016 in great shape, dual rear wheels, slide out topper awnings and the main awning( material flaking). It has some delamintaion on the side walls but the walls are solid behind it just the glue from the factory not sticking in some areas created bubbles. The power step works but has a bed in it and the passengers side has a metal moding and a dent in the lower fiberglass on the edge, no rear ladder.
