Up for auction is a CLEAN 2006 Forest River Wildcat 32ft 5th wheel camper with a 2 power living room slide outs. This vehicle was just traded in for a later model, is in very nice condition for the year and was well-maintained by the previous owner. The living room has the rear floral pattern full pull out sofa bed with wildcat accent pillows upper cabinets and surround sound speakers valances with a nightshades the valances match the sofa it has a wallpaper border TV and computer desk area with Concertone digital surround 5.1 CD DVD player Sony DVD additional player it has a slide out tray where you can watch TV outside and inside by flipping the TV over to the outside mount. The carpeting in the living room is tan and a nice condition overall the flooring in the kitchen is vinyl brick type pattern the refrigerator is a domestic it has a sink with one sink cover and the cut out in the countertop for the trash barrel below which you can empty outside. It has a magic chef three burner stove with oven magic chef stainless microwave and vent system with light in fan knife holder cubby cabinets upper storage and lower storage drawers it has the countertop extension and wallpaper border in the kitchen also. The roof AC is due 07 by the medic it has one roof AC that is ducted front to back and it also has a ceiling fan in the living room. The dinette is the floral pattern that matches the sofa it has maroon trim on it and drawers underneath the seats and it has a maroon cloth chair next to it. There’s a sliding door up to the bathroom and bedroom for privacy. The bathroom has the split bath with the private toilet room with a full door and plastic toilet, Wallpaper border door cabinets window with Valentin shade and Ruffin fan also has a side wall light. The shower is a Neo angle with skylight and it has the vanity with mirror cabinet and triple bulb light with lower sink cabinet and side power outlets. There is an accordion door to the bedroom for privacy the bed is a queen with the comforter and matching pillows and headboard, it has reading lights and a shelf in the cabinet above the bed and also has a roof vent and ceiling speakers. It has dual mirror closets on the sides of the beds and lower drawers and also has door cabinets across from the bed at the corner and a fold out TV stand. The bedroom has curtains not valances but it still has the day nightshades. Very very nice condition inside no signs of any water damage on the inside. Kitchen also has a lazy Susan in the cabinet. The exterior has dual axles with white rims and original tires and a triple entry step to get in the awning is an any manual awning it has outside power outlets the decals are in nice shape the front decal on the nose is a little faded but other Nat dog whole exterior looks good it has a spot on the back corner that was sealed up with a crack at the passenger side rear corner, it is 30 amp service as a spare tire mounted on the back bumper and a rear latter there is some minor delamination on the back wall lower rear did not hurt the inside at all just from being older it happens on many models.
