This is a project inside so someone is going to save big money or make big money if you sell it later by custom making it the way you want to . The interior has been painted white on almost all the walls and gone over the factory interior wall paneling. This is a whole trailer just needs to be fixed up properly as far as cosmetics. On the exterior just the front lower area is faded, the rest of the decals and paint are in good shape. It has dual alloy wheels, outside speakers, outside power outlets, (No awning) just has outer inside arms mounted to the walls- no tube roller no material. It has a 10 gallon water heater, tinted windows, 3,110 cargo carrying capacity. It has the Level up Jack System. The interior has vinyl flooring wood simulated look in the living room with a love seat with peeling outer layer, has electric fireplace, white cabinets, ceiling fan, ceiling lights, spot for a sleeper sofa it is missing and there is no TV. IT has a white refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, sink and countertop are ok. The bunk room has color painted walls no bed and mattress just some wood to make a bed from, no sofa bed either in that area just wood and full door . Up stairs bathroom on the left in good shape has the simulated marble shower no curtain does have a seat, porcelain toilet, sink vanity and mirror. The bedroom has a full door with glass insert. The bed has wood laid down on it click lock type but is not finished as most of the trailer looks like people started to do an all white trailer and didn"t mask it off good or was in a hurry, some of the paneling can be used is in nice shape it depends how picky you are.
