Up for auction is a LOW MILEAGE 1 Owner 2006 Forest River Mobile Office Command Center with 2 Power Slide Outs and 2 Onan Commercial Mobile Power 7000 watt generators. This unit is MFG by NACS North American Catastrophe Service Inc. This was just driven here from Alabama. It is powered by a Ford 6.8L Triton V10 Gas engine and automatic transmission. The gas generators both have 1400 hours each and run great. It has 3 Satellites- 1 large Trac Star MVS Series SV360 Model, 1 round king dome and 1 stationary mounted smaller dish, also has 2 side roof mounted telephone system style antennas. The motorhome has Lippert LCI electronic leveling jacks. It is fully wrapped with decals- there is some peeling, cracking, flaking and spots that have peeled off mostly in good shape but does have visible blemishes more noticeable up close. The interior has dual tan leather front seats, power heated mirrors, custom cd player with speakers, voyager back up camera, tilt, cruise, A/C, windshield curtain, front TV and upper front and side storage. The The flooring is gray rubber coin flooring front to back. This motorhome was custom ordered and built to the specs needed for the company to operate fully mobile. The computer systems and telephones have been removed. The dual opposing slides in the main room open it up big in that area and have solid desks and gray carpeting on the walls, real wood cabinets and trim not cheap fake wood overlayment like some motorhomes have inside, the desks cabinets and trim are all solid. It comes with the build sheets and booklets for the systems. There is a spot with all the wiring and cables where the shower would be. It has a bathroom with porcelain, toilet, wood walls, vanity with sink and lower sink cabinet, upper mirror cabinet, roof vent and fan and hanger bar, also has a full wood door. There is a sliding door to the rear office. This has a rear window and wrap around desk area similar to the front room. There are multiple power outlets, phone and computer plugs and outlets, multiple lights for each employee, multiple drawers, front and rear A/C and furnace. It has the holding tanks, water tanks and gray water tank, also has the city and fresh water tank fill. The rear office has 2 monitor screens, the front office has multiple dry erase boards. The roof has a diamond plate panel that runs down the side of the roof, the roof is a one piece fiberglass. The rear ladder is a nice solid steel built ladder and is good and study. There is a rear storage compartment and most of the storage compartment either pass thru to the opposite side or are a good size. There are exterior spot lights and outside power outlets and phone jacks in some of the cabinets. It has dual Intelli power converters and charge wizard with a Lyte Systems power transfer switch, outside shower and fire extinguisher. It has dual 30 amp 125/250V outside outlets and a 29.3 gallon LP tank. The wheels are 22.5" Alcoa polished aluminum rims with great condition tires, only 15k miles on this unit. this has normal wear and use, there are some cracks on the exterior as mentioned and some bubbles, underneath looks great. The GVW is 22,000 lbs. Runs and drives excellent. This can be used for many different businesses or converted to a different custom motorhome. It does not have a shower inside.
