Up for auction is a LOW MILEAGE 2008 Forest River Georgetown XL 37ft Class A Motorhome with 3 Slide Outs, 1-1/2 Baths and Only 9,332 Miles! The paint and body are in great shape we drove this over 300 miles. The wheels are 22.5" Alcoa dura bright with Michelin tires original with good sidewalls and excellent tread. It has an A&E weather pro power awning and slide out topper awnings. The engine is a 6.8L Triton V10 Gas with Automatic Transmission. It runs and drives excellent. The generator is an Onan 5500 marquis gold with 260 hours- runs great. The interior has tan leather front seats(some flaking in a few areas), tan carpeting, dual front fans, windshield curtain, map lights, tilt, cruise, A/C, stereo CD, LCI Electronic leveling jacks, front Flatscreen TV and dvd, Voyager back up camera, upper side cabinets. There is a spot for a chair behind the passengers seat but does not have one just an ottoman. The living room has valances with day/night shades and a pattern sofa full pull out sofa bed and a dinette booth matching cushions. There is a wall lamp and lamp over dinette, kitchen roof vent fan and Corian countertop with solid sink cover and stove covers. It has the 3 burner stove with oven and Sharp Carousel convection oven, etched mirror back splash, wallpaper border, pantry cabinet with slide out drawers and lower drawers. it has a spot for a washer/dryer combo with the hookups and a full bath door to the half bath. The half bath has a porcelain toilet, sink with vanity and triple mirrors with lights above, wallpaper border and towel holder and roof vent fan, also has the window. The bedroom has a sliding solid door and has tan carpeting with bed and mattress(no comforter) has the headboard and dual night stands and lamps, valance with day/night shade on the window, TV and mirror closet doors. Bedroom has its own A/C and access to the main full bath with a window with curtain and center glass insert in door. The full bath has the porcelain toilet, dual sinks and dual mirror cabinets with lights above, corner cabinet and neo-angle shower with simulated marble look and skylight. The interior is in nice condition with only normal wear and use. The exterior sides are straight and paint and decals are very good. The awning material has a few minor pin holes that may be hard to see in the pictures. Very nice layout having the half bath and full bath. Low Miles. Priced thousands below average book value.
