Up for auction is a 2000 Forest River Georgetown 33ft Class A Motorhome with a power slide out. The engine is a 6.8L Triton V10 gas engine with automatic transmission. This unit was just driven here 350 miles. It has the drivers door option, tan leather with cloth insert front seats, tan cloth chair behind passengers seat, green carpeting, tilt, cruise, A/C, back up camera, front flat screen TV, CB Radio, stereo, windshield curtain. This has the ARCTIC PAC heated tanks. The living room has the floral pattern jack knife sofa, valances with shades, dinette booth with vinyl seating which can be flipped over to a plaid pattern cloth and has the drop down table for sleeping. The kitchen has wood flooring with the countertop and sink with 1 sink cover, 3 burner stove/oven vent system and microwave, Dometic Americana refrigerator and a good size pantry closet next to it. There is also a mini bar area with countertop and mirror back splash. From the kitchen to the bathroom is an accordion style door and the bathroom has the vanity with mirror cabinet and sink, neo-angle shower with door and skylight. This has the private toilet room with full door, toilet, roof vent fan and mirror cabinet. There is another accordion door from the bathroom to bedroom. The bedroom has carpeting, bed with mattress and matching valances with curtains(one string broken on the curtain), mirror behind headboard, night stand, closet and upper cabinets. The generator is an Onan Marquis 5500 that runs good and has only 105 hours on it. This is 30 amp service but has dual roof A/C"s and selector switch to use each separately. The wheels are 19.5" with chrome simulators and tires from 2010 with good tread and sidewalls. It has the double power step entry and screen door, awning material is in good shape also has window awnings and slide out topper awning which has some tears on the edges of material. There is a few small scratches and minor fading overall looks good, has one scuff passengers lower front bumper. roof is solid but has some fading from over the years, rear ladder is solid too.
