Vehicle description
This Trailer is in excellent condition, it has had a new water heater and water tank installed, new elastomeric roof installed, new door locks and battery. There is 2 of the smaller windows that have cracks in them, also the seat covers on the couch and the dinning area are need of replacement. The registration has not been paid from 2008, and the renewal fee is under $200.00 to get the trailer current reg. This Trailer is very roomy with separate master bedroom and separate kids bedroom and it has a the amenities. Please Note that this is a local free pick up, NO shipping.

Also the retracting canopy on the trailer is in need of replacement.
