Vehicle description
1944 Ford GPW Jeep
This is a very nice 1944 Ford GPW jeep same as Willys MB jeep. Starts right up ! Runs drives steers and stops as she should , headlights tail lights work as they should, 4x4 works great, the gas gauge temperature, volts and oil pressure gauges all work as they should, the speedometer gauge does not work. This jeep has all of the bells and whistles but No top sorry . This jeep is really fun to drive, Not very fast but gets tons of attention. Don"t miss your chance to own a rare peace of history ! This jeep will be sold with NO RESERVE to the highest bidder no matter what !
During WWII, the Ford GPW and Willys MB played a powerful role in increasing the efficiency and mobility of the US Army, adopting distinctive features, some recognizable even today, that would continue to influence the design and silhouette of the modern “sport utility vehicle”. Soon to become the ubiquitous, world-famous jeep, the Willys MB and Ford GPW models were very effective on the ground, with many standardized features such as 6.00x16 tires, 60 honest horsepower at 4,000 rpm, a gasoline can bracket on the left rear
We can ship anywhere in the US only ! Shipping will range from 35cents to 80cents per mile from zip code 92223
There will be an immediate $2000 deposit due at the end of auction and the remaining balance within 72 hours This vehicle will NOT be released and tell all payments are cleared. No exception !
Happy bidding !
