This unit can be converted to an Rv or used as a Mobile Office. This Ford features a 16 Ft. awning made by Dometic and also a Generac 5500 Generator 632 hrs. The total length is 23""7 with the Coach measuring 16 ft. This is a very clean unit with super Low Miles! The exterior features 2 access ways, one being a side entry and the other is a rear entryway. The interior has 2 dinettes which could easily be converted into beds. There is front cab ac as well as roof ac located in the back, and also a propane furnace. The tires on this unit are in good shape and have plenty of tread remaining please see pics. This is a former Red Cross Emergency Disaster Vehicle and has been well cared for and maintained regularly. This is a 1 owner Vehicle with Low Miles and will NOT last long!
