Nice rv with a few extras put into this Providence. New HanKook tires (this year, 2019 tires). New color backup camera. Custom HP air port on outside of vehicle to inflate the tires. New icemaker in the refrigerator. . .refrigerator works on propane or electrical. See picture for latest maintenance. . .all maintenance is documented. I personally did the chassis lube to all chassis grease fittings (steering arms, driveshaft, u-joints, a few other moving parts underneath vehicle. . .all that are part of the maintenance you are supposed to do regularly.
Engine and chassis well maintained. Price is firm, well don"t even call unless you are some where in the ballpark.
